Seal Script · Su Shi, Calming the Waves
This one is Su Shi's 'Calming the Waves'. Pink paper drinks ink more slowly than white, and seal script punishes any break in breath — through a whole ci poem, every stroke has to wait for the last one's ink to settle. Only at the two small signature lines did I finally relax.
