Large Clerical Script, Start to Finish

'Gazing east to my old garden, the road stretches far; my sleeves are soaked and the tears will not dry. We meet on horseback with no paper and no brush — I ask you to carry word that I am well.' In the copybook the poem is small regular script; setting it as large clerical script is another matter — a long banner unrolled and pressed down character after character. The video is stitched together from several takes: mostly the large characters on the banner, with shots of writing at the desk at home between them. Real time; skipping ahead is fine.
